Made by bees pollinating blueberries in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. Tastes like caramel! A favorite with children because of its sweetness, and heavenly drizzled on apple slices. 12 ounce bear, one pound, two pound sizes.
Note: in 2026, beekeepers doing blueberry pollination in NJ got virtually no surplus honey. We were able to find blueberry blossom honey, but most of it is from low-bush blueberries rather than the high-bush berries that are the normal source of our blueberry blossom honey. The low-bush blueberry honey is a bit different: lighter, not quite as sweet, with hints of goldenrod nectar. Still delicious.
